A Policy Forum on the Changing Roles of Transition Specialists (TTW)

The Center for Innovation in Transition and Employment at Kent State University invites you to the Transition Policy Forum. The policy forum was designed for current transition specialists (TTWs). Other professional development providers (SSTs, state agencies, and state university providers of TTW credential) are also invited to discuss future professional development needs. The forum includes a 30-minute presentation of perceptions of the TTW program at Kent State and a discussion of the research implications for future policy development. The forum will be facilitated by Drs. Robert Flexer and Rachel McMahan Queen on November 28th, following the Northeast Ohio Transition Symposium at the KSU Student Center.
Coffee and cookies will be served at 3pm, following the Symposium and the forum will begin at 3:30. Immediately following the forum, there will be a networking reception for Policy Forum attendees with h’orderves and cash bar. If you plan to attend the policy forum please RSVP by November, 12th.
