The 2020 PBIS Recognition application is now open.  To ensure your application is complete, please see the required items below:

     

      Tiered Fidelity Implementation (TFI) Scale Score: 70% or better for each level applied

      Self-Assessment Survey (SAS) Implementation Score (optional)

      Completed application, with impact statement 

      Supporting evidence, including bolded items on the application 

      Team photo 

 

 

 

The application, including supporting documentation is due to SST8 by May 1, 2020.  Due to the volume of anticipated applications this year and changes to the award process, no late applications will be accepted.  See below for applications and resource documents.
