The Components in Early Literacy - Phonemic Awareness is on October 5, 2018 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.  There are three components of early literacy; print awareness, phonological awareness, and oral language.  This session will focus on phonological/phonological awareness.  Participants will understand and apply phonological awareness techniques and principles, using multi-sensor techniques.  An overview of Heggerty Phonemic Awareness Program will be provided. 

Early Childhood educators must register in OCCRRA for Ohio Approved Hours.
