We are excited to share a few highlights:
- NTACT:C Taxonomy for Transition Programming
- The taxonomy offers a framework for assessing how well programs are implementing practices that may lead to more positive post-school outcomes for students with disabilities.
- We have planned an interactive activity around the taxonomy to help shape future discussions. These discussions will hopefully help the Tri-County Transition stakeholders in designing and implementing effective transition programming.
