The Ohio Department of Education is requiring preschool special education teams to complete the Child Outcomes Summary (COS) form for all children receiving special education services. This training will provide an overview of how to complete the Child Outcomes Summary form and provide resources to support teams in summarizing information about children. This training is for new teachers or those who would like a refresher.
