This coaching session is intended for building leadership teams to dive into their R-TFI data. The first hour of the session will explain how to interpret the R-TFI data, what the total score means, then look at areas of strength and need based on tier 1 and subscores, prioritize areas of improvement, and look into the root cause analysis of priority areas. The second hour will be dedicated to a coaching conversation led by two SST8 consultants to answer any data questions and next steps.
