This session will introduce participants to the Intentional Teaching Framework. This framework was designed to support an understanding of the foundation of curriculum and outcomes for learning that are the foundation upon which we organize all classroom activities and instruction. Participants will be introduced to the Big Ideas for Early Learning and the core practices that need to be in place to achieve intentional practice. A focus will be on the revised Early Learning and Development Standards (ELDS) and updated alignment to the Big Ideas for Early Learning. This session is for teachers, teaching assistants, or administrators within a program already implementing Intentional Teaching and using The Big ideas of Early Learning.
