SST 8 will take the second cohort of LETRS participants through the four face-to-face sessions discussing material and reviewing the Bridge-to-Practice components of Units 5, 6, 7, and 8 this year.
By invitation only, (LETRS license and completion of Units 1-4) participants will gain essential skills to master the fundamentals skills of language and literacy development not yet covered in the first year of learning. Completing this year’s sessions, educators will understand the importance of structured literacy and have the opportunity to network with peers while engaging in lessons and strategies designed and proven to transform student learning in literacy. Whether you are an educational leader or a classroom teacher, these sessions are appropriate for educators at both the systems and instructional level.
Sessions: 9/22/22; 11/17/22; 3/20/23; 4/28/23 and 5/25/23. Registering for day 1 registers you for all sessions.
Audience: Registered LETRS Licensed individuals completing Units 5,6,7,8.
